SEO Services - What We Do For You
~ Increase Your Traffic and Conversions
In the end it all comes down to what we can do to help you grow your business.
Clients don't pay us to help them gain bragging rights about how many hits their site gets.
They want (and expect) results that will help their bottom line, and that's what we deliver.
How?
~ Analyze Your Web Site
- Evaluate current SEO efforts, analyze meta tags, check content, keyword density, programming code, use of tags
(header, bold, italic, etc.).
- Determine current rankings for specific keywords and phrases.
- Analyze site metrics.
- Analyze page layouts
- Keyword analysis, competitive research, PPC (pay per click) analysis
~ We Work With You
We need to learn your business, your goals, resources, products or services, and current marketing strategies.
Each client we work with is different. Each project is customized to meet the needs and goals of your business.
Our business relies heavily on referrals, so we want you to be happy with the results of working with us.
~ Establish Goals
What are the goals for your web site?
- Traffic
- Leads
- Sales
- Email Addresses
- Subscribers
- Advertisers
- Affiliates
- Branding

~ Develop Strategies
Some changes can usually be made fairly quickly, others take more time and resources.
We try to come up with a list of things that can be done in the short term to help your rankings.
Then we develop a more comprehensive plan for longer term goals.
We also advise clients to not rely solely on the search engines. There are so many other ways you
can attract visitors (and potential customers) to your web site.
After all, the goal is to get qualified potential customers to your site, and get them to take
some type of action that converts them from visitors to customers (regardless of of your definition of a "customer").
This may mean something as simple as signing up for a free newsletter, purchasing a product through
your online store, or as involved as filling out a lengthy
form to qualify as a lead for an enterprise solution.
~ Two Sides
There are two sides to the equation for success on the Internet. One is attracting the (qualified) traffic,
the other is converting them! When someone stumbles onto your web site from
a search (and that's usually how they get there) you only have seconds to grab their attention.
Because you can't always control where they come in, each page needs to be clear about who you are, what you do,
and what the potential customer can do here.
Every page should have a clear call to action, visible above the fold, and easy to spot.
It could be a button that says " Free Trial " with some copy ... Start your free trial to our exciting ... magazine now! Or " Best Deal on Widgets " ... Browse our store for the best deals around on xyz widgets.
Free shipping, fast service.
You get the idea.
We can help you develop (and test) landing pages and calls to action that convert.
~ The Plan
As we gather information about your web site, and your business, we begin putting together a plan.
Often times we find there are things that can be done fairly quickly and easily that will help make
a difference. As we dig deeper and learn more, the plans become more robust and will likely (but not always)
include moderate to more intricate work. The plan would include what should be done, and what type of resource
is recommended (developer, editor, artist, etc.).
Depending on the resources you have available, you may want us to do some, most, or all the work. Or you
may decide you can do it all in-house using our recommendations as a guideline (and/or using us as a project manager).
If you prefer to use your own in-house resources, we can provide on-site training and follow up support (via phone, web, etc.)
~ Bringing In Other Experts
Our expertise is in search engine optimization, Ecommerce, and Internet marketing. But we often run into situations where
the client needs more to be successful. And that's exactly why we have developed partnerships with experts in related
fields.
We work with Flash (think online movies) experts, Game developers (including in-game advertising), web site designers,
web developers, software application developers, hosting services, email services (like newsletters), graphic artists, copywriters, Ecommerce developers, and ad agencies.
